Is it possible to get a reusable quick link for an 11 speed chain?

You can reuse with no issue. Shimano are not so good but kmc are easy to reuse, been using them for a number of years on mtb, cyclocross and road bikes with no issues. See debate on recent thread.

I've reused plenty of "non reusable" KMC ones without issues.
They do reusable ones, just make sure they have the "r" after the part number stamped on them

Or just re-use normal KMC ones like everyone does with no problems.
