Freddie Grubb Racing bike help with date and head badge,

I am in proses to built the Freddie Grubb Racing bike. Need to try and find the estimate year and Head badge. Lots of changes happened to The name Freddie Grubb. The frame number 8092 on rear end with word Cyclo. Under Chainset Nervex And a long number faded. Singel gear down tube. pump pegs on down tube. More confusing is it has a Grease Nible. I built the bike as a hobby as in photo

    The seatpost is 26.4 . 531 Reynolds. It estimate 1950 to 1954 year. The labels I bought is wrong and need replacing.
