Gopping. Need to do a few jobs, might do some exercise but it is meant to be a rest day.

Later is mother’s 70th meal and trying to get a signal so we can watch the football.

More house sorting & chucking related stuff, bit of paperwork to do then football watching later on. We walked the hounds last night so can give that a miss today as don't fancy getting rained on.

Weather looks a bit dull and soggy so not missing much.

I want Shorty to learn Judo or similar. I have an ex employee who's black belt in 2 disciplines but prefers Tai Chi*.
He will be Shorty's Mr Miyagi.

*I hear giggles. Tai Chi is a martial art, it's Shadow boxing.

I'll bet it will be better than Stevo's proposed chavland metal shed.

    Morning folks,
Traditional slow start is being enjoyed, this will be followed by not too much of anything. Might go for a walk.

We're off to the Priory Farm adventure trail again today.

Wife's CT scan back today, she has a growth on her ovary, but they don't think it's malignant.

So it's great news, but still don't know what's causing her illness. They're now going back to thinking it was a reaction to the vaccine.

Let's hope it is a vaccine reaction rather than the alternatives Elbow. That hopefully should pass.

Bit of a mixed 24 hours it seems, with kid's injuries, poxy weather, Rog and G getting ditched in the TdF. Vlad's Lads busy again with supply chain hacking: I have a pal who is in the IT security sector, he actually sent out an email this morning to his social contacts warning that this is a big one. Top up the pasta and bogroll peeps.

Manky grey weather again. Watch a wet TdF stage and dig out the Ukrainian flag for later on.

    Evening
That was an exciting run up a mountain, what with the thunder and lightning :#
Got a thoroughly good soaking on the way back down. HRM was showing 183 at one point but I think (hope) it was a false reading due to the wet rather than having a heart attack.

That looks great. Thinking of building something similar next to the new shed to provide some shade on the patio. It's SSW facing so a bit of a sun trap at the moment
