Custom handbuilt rim brake wheelset. Orange Hope Pro 4 RS Hubs laced to DTSwiss RR511 Rims with Sapim CXRAY bladed spokes.
Previously setup tubeless without issues.
18mm inner width on rim, I've ran 25mm and 28mm tyres.
Usual bitemarks from cassette on freehub body. Bearings and freehub in great condition.

Hi, do you have any pictures of the brake track please?
Also can you confirm lacing - it looks like 3 cross 24F and 28R?
