Alternatives to Wahoo speed sensor

Hiya. Lack of a speed sensor on bike 2 drives me nuts, Wahoo often cuts out on steep (slow) climbs in wooded areas. But original Wahoo speed sensors are costly - there's lots of cheap Amazon alternatives, any recommendations?
