Cav is obviously missing my support while I’ve been offline last week, so

    St21 Cavendish

Before this race, I really though I had typed that for the last time long ago.

    S21 - Jasper Philipsen.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

I've finally got around to updating this.

It was a nailbiter of a finish for the Yellow Jersey between archieboy and m.r.m.

They were equal on 219. The first tiebreaker is Green Jersey points - the same. The second tiebreak the most first places - the same. So it comes to most second places which means....

    archieboy is the Tpur champion

Similarly for the last podium sport niknak1 and TheBigBean tied on 216. TheBigBean edges it on most first places

    1. archieboy 219
    2. m.r.m. 219
    3. TheBigBean 216

The green jersey was the same as they all picked Pogacar. just a couple of places from the podium was darkhairedlord, the top Carapaz backer.

    The White Jersey

    1. archieboy 219
    2. niknak1 216
    3. ducknumber1 205

    KOM

    1. archieboy 105
    2. mr.m. 99
    3. rozzer32 92

Combativity. pblakeney targetted it towards the end and is worthy winner

    1. pblakeney 122
    2. RichN95 89
    3. FCE2007 70

    Well done everyone, especially archiepog

Gonna try some French style flair for this Tour.
    With typical results no doubt.

    GC - Carapaz
    S1 - Alaphilippe

Thanks for the scoring. Made the race more interesting. Congrats to Archiepog!

Thanks for scoring Rich. Congrats to Archiepog and the rest of the podium!
One point off the podium, I blame Wout van Aert for scuppering my points on the last two stages and Ventoux!

Just like Uran I managed to get myself into a strong position only to fall away drastically on stages where I couldn't follow the field.

Thanks for scoring Rich and congrats to archieboy- well played.

Why did I keep picking Superman day after day? Utterly disastrous.

Humph. I picked 'super'man for a while, then watched the Netflix Movistar #2, stop right now. Pick of doom Sagan, goes home. But top of stack, conscientiously did not pick Cav on his 4 won stages so not to jinx his chances, then 19 and 21, see what happened? This finger has power, just not positive power.

Thank you for scoring, even though my numbers wouldn't give you much to do....

Well done to Archieboy for winning, to niknak1 for having done well in all competitions, and also to all the others who made it on to one or the other podiums.

And thanks to RichN95 for the score-keeping, and for again including the other jersey competitions – I do like them, especially the combativity, and hope one day they are included in the Giro PTP.
