Bikester post Brexit

Has anyone bought a bike from Bikester since Brexit? I'm in the market for a new bike but having trouble sourcing one I want in the UK (no surprise there!) Bikester have the size and colour I'm looking for. I e mailed them and they stated the price includes UK VAT but I've no idea about import duty on a cycle or if Bikester does in fact pay the VAT direct to HMRC? I don't want to get stung with huge extra costs.
Any good or bad experiences please.

    I bought some bits and bobs from Bikester a few weeks ago, and as their website says VAT is included, so I paid nothing more and the parcel was delivered within a week with no drama, however it wasn't a bike so................

    I bought a bike a month ago, it got dispatched got returned to sender before it got out of Germany, there is a big problem with paperwork and only about 50% get over here, got a refund no problem but they are a pain to contact waiting nearly a week for replies to emails, vat is included but I would avoid, caused me a bit of stress.
