Hi,

I have a Ultegra R8000 groupset, and while cleaning the cassette I realised there are two loose cogs. I did an online research but wasn't able to find a similar issue.

Here is what is happening: (you can see it better in full screen)

Maybe just tighting the cassette can solve it?

Im trying to fix it, just got the tool to remove the cassette. I firstly tied it better, but it doesn't solve the issue.

Then I disassembled the cassette to clean and check where is the issue, is this normal?

    That cassette is foobar

be cheaper/quicker to buy a new cassette and replace. Check the hub body to see if the splines have been chewed

So long as you fit the correct spacer if required and tighten it down correctly it will be OK.

    It will still rattle.
