Rim brake rear wheel (cheap) and tyres

Morning all, new visitor, just picked up a cheap S/H Kinesis rim brake CX frameset off fleabay, looking to kit it out - the missing piece being a rear wheel.
As above, needs to be rim brake, ideally tubeless, only needs to handle c.35mm tyre. Not looking to spend much, this is supposed to be a silly fun project bike thing.
Also - tyres, 35mm tubeless, suitable for gentle off road (towpaths, bridleways, bit of playing in the woods (Chilterns) - nothing too hardcore, certainly not full CX. Must be capable of being ridden on road without making me lost my mind (that's why I binned my MTB)
