Wheel set upgrade Bianchi Sprint

Hi, I want to upgrade my Bianchi Sprint's rim brake wheels. It came with Shimano RS100 weels as standard and I'm thinking to upgrade them with a lighter and performing tubeless ready rim with a max budget of 800€. I'm looking for new aluminium wheels for greater durability instead of used carbon wheels especially as sometimes i have to drive on bad roads.
I got my eye on the Vision Trimax 35KB (600€) and DT Swiss pr 1400 dicuit oxic 32 (800€). The black coated is obviously not really necessary, but they're awesome.
Any thoughts?
