Cannondale hybrid Brake Bleed

Hello there

I am in the process of fully overhauling my bike as its not been done since 2014!

In regards to bleeding the breaks it mentions dot 4 fluid.

From the top which screw do I open to connect the syringe? And also at the calliper end which screw do I open?

    Although labelled as Cannondale the brakes are made by Bengal.

    This is not easy guys! Iv bled them like 3-4 times there ie definitely no air in the system. But I have to pull the brake Lever back all the way,

    So with the brake Lever side syringe in. I pressurised the system the Lever was very firm and tight. When I unscrew the syringe a little bit of fluid leaks. So I clean that then put the bleed nipple back on. When I then press the brake lever again. It's not as firm as tested before and goes very spongy. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
