HELP!! Advice needed. Aero Headset Spacers (Integrated cabling)

Morning Gang!
I recently purchased a Wilier Cento10 NDR Frameset from Merlin.
However it’s been supplied without the headset bearing cover and the specifically shaped spacers.
Helpfully it seems that these are about impossible to get hold of!!
So, whilst maybe you don’t have the Wilier NDR or a 10 Air I’m hoping one of you may have come across a brand or type that does the same thing as I’m at a bit of a loss.....
Any help would be hugely appreciated!
Thanks

    Contact Merlin.

    Tell them whats happened.

They will supply them as its part of the bike.

    if they don't kick off.

The camera down the willy isn't anything like as bad as it sounds.

They haven’t been overly helpful pal. Which is a shame as I’ve spent a fair amount with them over the years.

Feeling a bit unsupported on the aftercare

They’ve been a bit of a letdown pal to be honest. I’ve spent a lot with them over the years but I’ve not had a great experience this time..

    Shame......

Drummer, many apologies for my earlier just back from the pub reply.

Must admit spent a lot with Merlin over the years but have gone elsewhere recently.

    Hope you get sorted.

I would have another go at them OP, that's pretty poor.

TBH I'm surprised, Merlin have always been spot on with me over the years.

Have you tried contacting Wilier After Sales Support?

    https://wilier.com/en/after-sale-support

I have had (very limited) dealings with Wilier directly and found them to be very efficient.

(edited to add that this is going to cost you for something that should have been supplied in the first place)

If delivered recently tell them to come and collect it as it is not as advertised nor sold. Distance Selling Regs are on your side for 14 days.

You still have a case thereafter but will have to work harder.
