    Don't buy a second hand electronic groupset, basically.

    If you do, hope for the best but expect the worst and to spend money rectifying.

    I wasn't aware of reliability issues with Di2. Is it worse than EPS?

    Everything can get broken. Broken stuff gets sold. You didn't think it was 100% reliable did you?

    As above, its luck of the draw but think about it - lack of components available and people are selling stuff......

    Apart from deforming the pins on the stupidly designed EPS charger my Campag Record EPS never missed a beat in four years.
