Hiya, N+1 underway, need a rear wheel, 700c, ideally tubeless ready, suitable for tyre of c.35mm (CX bike) - don't want to spend the earth! Any suggestions?
(FYI: front will be disc (new fork) and already have a wheel)

Carbon or alloy, spoke count, handbuilt or off the shelf?0

You could always try the guys at Scribe to see if they'll sell you just a rear?
Something like the 365 looks like it would fit the bill:

Appreciate they're on-order, but then again, what isn't at the minute!
I recently got a set of Race-D's from them for the all-weather/ year bike, and coupled with some Hutchinson 28mm Fusion tubeless, they're absolutely fantastic to ride...0 -
Get a quote from the Mr Borg's Cyclingclinc for a build on a Kinlin rim, hub and spokes of your choice. Other wheel builders are available.0

Sounds like Borg are worth approaching - thanks for recommendations!
