Campagnolo setup
HI,
I just acquired a 2012 Wilier Izoard with a 10 speed campagnolo record groupset: 53/39 and 11/25.
The reason I got the bike was its price....
I'd like to change it for an easier ride since I am not as fit as I used to, and I live in a hilly part of Scotland.
The bike rolls on Campagnolo shamals.
What would be the cheapest and smoothest option? 12/30 or 13/29 at the back? Or change the Cranks: 175 mm (Record Carbon) 39-53 at the moment.
Thank you in advance.

Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.
29 max is recommended but 30 works. Cheapest option would be a 29 or 30 cassette. Best would be a combination of that and a compact chainset. Said as someone who has that setup. 😉
I am not sure. You have no chance.
I'd really like to avoid changing the crankset... But if I have to i will.
Is it reasonable to try and change the inside ring only or would that cause too much stress on the chain and make it jump?

thanks a lot everybody
Miche also make a 30 tooth one in their Supertype range so this would be the OP's best bet if a 30 tooth is required.
Also worth noting is that the BCD of the 39/53 chainsets is different to the 34/36 50/52 so you would likely need a third party inner ring if that's all you were changing and the shift will probably not be as crisp.
