Canyon Aeroad CF F10 forks and seat post

Would anybody know if there are forks and a seat post available for a Canyon Aeroad CF F10 (2013), I may be able to order these parts from Canyon but wondered if anyone had fitted aftermarket alternatives.
The Acros AI-69 headset bearings are 30.15x41x6.5mm upper and 35x47x7mm lower, so the forks stem must be a pretty unique size and the aero seat post is an oval shape so obviously one off too.
Anybody who owns one of these bikes and knows a good parts supplier would be a help too.
