Headset puzzle
Hello all, I've been out of the game for a while and finally making a return!
I am however puzzled. I have got myself a part built bike and I am looking to add some forks. I was told by the seller that the forks he had were rubbish so he got rid. He said that it ook a straight steerer which I took as gospel, however, I have measured the head tube and it measures 1.5 inches but the bearing is just inside the tube (semi-integrated?) Would this mean I could get an external headset and then this would open up my options a bit and get a tapered steerer instead or am I fixed with straight?
