Liv Flourish Rear Pannier Issue

Hi,
We have a Liv Flourish 2 which we are looking to add a rear rack.
Unfortunately, the rear brakes are mounted on top which blocks access to the 2 holes that most racks would use. See the image which compares with another model which brakes mounted underneath.
Giant does have a single arm mounting one, but I'm still unsure if this will clash with the braking while squeezing between the callipers.
I'm hoping to avoid a Seat Post mounting as the seat is positioned quite low.
Any advice welcome.
