IPAD6 connection to Elite My Etraining videos

Have recently bought a set of Elite Nero Smart rollers. Everything works fine and am really pleased with them. However, while everything works fine on my iPhone 6, I have hit an annoying problem with my IPAD6.
The issue is that while the IPAD connects fine via bluetooth to the MyEtraining app, when I try to run a Real Video on it, the IPAD6 requests that an Ant+ dongle is connected.
I have searched for an Ant+ dongle with a lightning connector without success. I also have a cable with a lightning connection at one end and a male USB connector at the other. However, the Ant+ dongle that I do have, is a male connection and I can't find a cable with a female USB connector to connect it to.
I can't believe that I am the only cyclist to come up against this problem, so any ideas / solutions would be gratefully received.
PS. I've tried to find the Apple lightning to USB adapter, but this doesn't seem to be available anywhere. Thanks in anticipation.
