Bleeding brakes, are they goners?

Hi,
Shimano all, 2017 had them since
My front brake has been poor for a while. Other day noticed it was pulling all the way to the bar, very little movement at the caliper.
I just tried to bleed them but it hasn't done a thing? I need the back at same time and that made the back one better so think I'm doing it right.
Anything to check to see if brake is broken?
Thanks

Any sign of fluid leaking anywhere? If not there is still some air in the system.0

Unsure before now it looks like yes as mineral oil so hard to tell0

On the back of the pads?
Shimano had an issue with some pistons cracking, I think. Certainly it lead to leaks.0 -
Have you got new pads ?
Have they worn uneven ?
Did you bleed with brake bleed blocks or with the pads old/new in place ?
Did you push the pistons back in.
Are the olives tight at the lever/calliper.
If you keep pumping the brake do the pads eventually engage ?0
