Morning All. Doing BA as feeling sore from jab still, headache gone as has the family. Hopefully good for only 2 days this week. Fingers crossed the coast and castles trip in May is now tour of Northumbria. Stuff the jocks, bossy britches up there can do one.
Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Still no reason to do something very silly and re-arrange Webex's.
Anyway, why didn't you retire long ago? I mean that in the most politest way. Honest. No, I do really.

considered it for the last twenty years, but it's something to pass the time

mrs s has gone all nostalgic over the beano's 70th anniversary, so i'm arranging a surprise bubbly picnic at kew

I could happily retire and still be busy.
Had to cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling yesterday as the bath waste pipe came out of its location seal thingy... Now four rooms in the house are a bloody mess.
Probably doing a short run later.

FYI Lidl are selling bike stands this week.

I know a few people who retired and went back to work as they were still getting loads of jobs but were getting no pay or credit for doing them. Retire in haste, repent at leisure?

    Well, shoot. :s

Busy day going well till late morning, rode down to check mailbox. Other half decides to grab a bike and come along. Wearing loose jeans.

Leg of trousers jams in chain and front mech and he goes down on the driveway. Low speed at least.

Cue a hurried visit to local medical clinic to get the resulting damage patched up, tetanus shot, the lot. No Hello Kitty plasters available however. Good news: no broken bits on him, but he's going to be pretty sore I think tomorrow.

To cheer myself up I hurried into town to see physio and get needles stuck in my back and arm, then a visit to the tax accountant.

    Living the dream.

If I want to check the mailbox I just stick my head round the door and look in the kitchen

Just had a call from the doc to get test results from blood test.

Says there is nothing bad, but my B12 levels are low and i need to go in to start a series of injections. No info on why this might be and how/if this relates to my knee being infected!

Did yoga at lunchtime in the garden. Was roasting despite the wind.
You should get yourself one of those windbreak things, and a delivery of sand.

Shorty shorts and skirt season is nearly upon us Stevo for those twisted deranged perverts who like attractive women. But not us! Oh no

DOWN WITH THAT SORT OF THING!

But not the shorts or skirts, they must stay up! Up!
