Front Wheel For Carrera Crossfire 2 Womens Hybrid Bike

Hi folks,

Apologies as I am not an expert with bikes and etc. but my girlfriend had an accident and her front wheel is damaged. She has Carrera Crossfire 2 Womens Hybrid Bike M size. Would you be able to help me out what wheel I need to buy and where can I find proper one? When I called Halfords they said the got one for 150 quid which is like half the price of whole bike. Thank you.

Thank you for that. I think this one is for rim breaks and mine has disc ones? Will I need a different one?

Sorry didn't realise it was a disc wheel. You need to check whether the disc hub fitting is 6 bolt or Shimano Centrelock. You can easily tell the difference. If you can see 6 bolts holding the disc onto the wheel hub then it's a 6-bolt hub. The Shimano system has a splined fitting on the hub that a Shimano disc will slide onto - no bolts.

I'm guessing that the Carrera will have a 6-bolt set-up. If so this would do the job
