Sodding BT engineer didn't turn up.
Tried calling the installation team number 3 times and been cut off mid conversation or whilst being on hold each time.
Arghhh.
Only reason i went with BT was because I tried Virgin Media at the end of last year and they cancelled my install 6 or 7 times and were impossible to contact. And now it's happening again.

Fence has just gone up, it's about 10' tall. I go over to deal with the nitty gritty to try and minimise her worrying and so she has a bit of company.pinno said:
