Anything over about 45 mins of running has me walking around like a constipated penguin the next day. I should probably ride the bike more instead.

    T minus 71 mins.

I suppose we should check that you're still alive and haven't grown a pair norks or new limbs...
    norks? did someone mention norks?
Pinno hasn't replied, so he must be busy playing with his new norks.
Nah, no such luck. Just a tad 'fluey' and a slightly sore arm.
Felt good enough to tinker on porker #2 and give it a wash.

I’ve mucked up my nutrition, so was ok to 50, now virtually crawling, thankfully on 8 left

Hopefully good news, and it's not going to develop into something worse.

    Welcome to the club.

Walked to the supermarket and back last night and was almost hobbling by the time I got back.

New thing at work requires me to start running properly again.

tbh really, really not looking forward to this.

Give the norks time. You might need a second shot to really get them growing.

I reckon part of it is sitting down for too long with all this wfh stuff. Got out of the car for a pit stop after a 3 hour stint on the way back from Liverpool the other day and I could have convinced anyone I was entitled to park in the disabled bays.
