Cannondale Headset K35028 lower bearing size?
Does anyone know the lower bearing size of the Cannondale K35028 (11/8 x 1 ¼) headset?
It's from a Synapse Carbon Hi-Mod 2018. The upper bearing is fine but the lower is getting rough.
I just wanted to order one before I take it apart. I fear it will be a waterfall of steel balls when I remove the fork steerer.

Perhaps email Cannondale Spares and ask. They have always given me the correct sizing when I have had to replace bearings in the past. They should hold stock of what you after as well.

Thanks, I'll drop them an email and see what they come back with.MidlandsGrimpeur2 said:Perhaps email Cannondale Spares and ask. They have always given me the correct sizing when I have had to replace bearings in the past. They should hold stock of what you after as well.

I’ve just replaced headset bearings on 2019 alloy synapse, pretty sure it’s same sizing - 1 1/4 45x45 degree. Upper is 1 1/8 45x45 degrees. Works fine, though the compression ring on upper can be a fiddle to get exact size.1

Did a bit more digging around and for the sake of anyone else who has the same issue, here are the dimensions and FSA codes:
Lower bearing
FSA = MR082
45° x 45° ACB Bearings
Inner diameter = 34mm
Outer diameter = 46.8mm
Height = 7mm
Bought here
Upper bearing
FSA = MR121
45° x 45° ACB Bearings
Inner diameter = 30.5mm
Outer diameter = 41.8mm
Height = 8mm
