There was a "what's your job" one ages ago but it doesn't necessarily follow that they know anything about the subject

Worth a watch if you like running

The famous Barkley Marathons (100+ miles), “the race that eats its young” is underway in the Cumberland mountains of Tennessee. It began at 3:04 a.m., Thursday morning.

The inspiration for the Barkley came from the 1977 prison escape by James Earl Ray, when he was caught in those rugged mountains after 54.5 hours and had only traveled about 12-14 miles because of the brutal terrain. To fully understand what the Barkley is all about, here is the background of the mountains, prison, and the famous escape.

Think I watched a documentary about this. Used to be hush hush. One of the competitors has been doing it years and always finishes. Bonkers.

    Evening folks,
Day in the orifice has been survived, beautiful assistant was in for the first time in almost a year. That was definitely the highlight of the day. I tried to behave, made her a coffee and bought pasta de nata. Managed to wobble there and back which was good,. Felt very slow this morning, rather quicker coming home.
What did Thistle do to Morstar to prompt the poll?

Nope. Pm me if you’d like to go toe to toe on lawn care.

Although I don’t know how long moist grass seed will last before it rots. Not sure anyone does accurately.

Moss killer, rake out the moss out once its dead. Cut all trees down and demolish house to reduce shade and make garden less moss friendly 👍

Also depends on soil type and water retention. Heavy, high clay soils = more water = shorter seed life vs sandier, more free draining soils = less water = longer for seeds to give up and rot.

Is Thursday the forum Monty Don night? Though he frequently puts out wrong info, him being a jeweller or whatever, innit.

Just back and nobody did me any favours in Scouseville? At least I still have the original wheels as I never left the car unattended  Bit knackered now but I've earned a large glass of plonk which is now getting drained.
