Newbie looking for advice on wheels/tyres

Howdy 
. I need some advice on some wheels/tyres to buy to fit on my bike. It was originally bought as a DIY made ebike but I want to put it back to a bike I can just cycle.
Can I get something for a budget of £100 to £200? I'm not after anything special. Just to be able to ride around for now that looks nice.

I could keep the front and just buy a rear but it is finding the same colour/style wheel.
