Hi I have a 2020 Giant Roam with a trashed RD cage. The spec stated Shimano Acera M3000 but can't source one anywhere. What are the best alternatives - RD360? Thanks.

I'm struggling in a dozy state this morning to find anywhere with stock of Shimano 9-speed that officially has a max tooth of 36T, which your Roam looks to have from the official specs.
I've never mixed brands myself, but I think https://www.halfords.com/cycling/bike-parts/gears-drivetrain-and-cables/sram-x5-rear-derailleurs-and-spares-mech-derailleur-188188.html would work with your Shimano 9-speed and it has a max tooth of 36T. Can anyone on here confirm?
Plenty of other stores, but with Halfords, they might have stock you can reserve to pick up in 1 hour plus you can use a British Cycling membership to get 10% discount on bike equipment.

I'm not sure but I think the SRAM won't work because SRAM actuation is 1:1 and Shimano is 1:3 or 1:2.........
Happy to be proven wrong..The camera down the willy isn't anything like as bad as it sounds.

Compatibility is such a minefield these days
https://www.halfords.com/cycling/bike-parts/gears-drivetrain-and-cables/shimano-rd-r3000-sora-gs-9spd-rear-mech-derailleur-730675.html officially has a max tooth of 34T, but many people run mechs outside their official specs with b-screw tweaking.
If you wanted to play safe, find a smaller range cassette, if you didn't use your current easiest gear much. I've not spotted any 9-speed 11-34 cassettes in stock, but I've seen the odd 11-30 around.================
