New Bike

Hi guys thinking of purchasing a Trek Marlin 5 and wondering if anyone could recommend this bike or any other alternatives in around the £500 price mark. Bike will mostly be used for off road paths, forest paths nothing too extreme. Thanks

I quite like Trek mtb's personally but for £600 I'd definately be considering a Vitus Nucleus as a much better buy with it's air forks and a 1x set up spec list.

Not had any first hand experience with the Box 4 drivetrain components fitted but have heard good things about their performance.

Don't know about availability at the moment and there are lots of other decent options out there but this would be at the top of my list within your kind of budget range.
