Reverb Stuck Up

I have a Rockshox Reverb A2 Stealth on my bike and that particular bike has not been used in over a year so it’s just been left. So sunny day today I thought I’d take it out for a spin. I couldn’t get the dropper to lower at all. So did the usual, checked the psi and reset it to 250 then did a bleed (speed screw on slowest) but the thing is still stuck up and won’t budge. Am I forgetting anything?

    Don’t worry guys I’ve sorted it. Forgot to bleed the remote properly. Works like charm now!
