Second Hand Buying Advice £1-1.5k

Hi,
I’m wanting to treat myself to a semi decent second hand bike, but I’m not sure where to start as there’s so much to choose from.
It will be used maybe once/twice a week for 100k+ rides in Kent, so undulating/hilly ground. But potentially it may be used for a triathlon or two (I’m not looking for a specific tri bike).
I don’t really have any preference, I’d quite like disk brakes but they’re not essential. I do like the look of the Giant Propel Advanced, any thoughts on this one?
Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Keep your eye on the classified thread on here. You could find a bargain without the lottery of Fleabay or Gumtree. This is currently on offer well within your price range at £425.

Within the money left over you could upgrade the wheelset etc.0
