Zwift - Zwiftalizer

I have been analyzing my zwift log files with the above site to determine if some of the lags and delays and large power fluctuations are due to me and my setup or zwift itself. I'm very use to riding with power, but going from ~250w to 50w then back up to ~250ws, all on a flat road with a steady cadence seems like an issue.
Looking at the files I am getting the occasional dropouts but also always 10-15% "avg rx fails", which sounds bad but I don't know what would be expected. Does anyone know?

Not had that issue myself but a quick google found this: https://kylemacfarlane.github.io/zwift-live-ant/zwift-live-ant.html
"Avg. fails
This is the average rx fails of a device. It is calculated across the whole time of the log so if you pair or unpair a device mid-ride its average will be affected."
This implies that you don't have a particularly strong ANT+ connection, and are losing 10-15% of the ANT+ signal packets. This could explain why your power is randomly dropping off if the signal is being interrupted. Although having said that mine seems to be around 8-10% for most rides and I don't have any particular issues.
Zwiftinsider has some tips for improving ANT+ connection: https://zwiftinsider.com/how-to-fix-ant-dropouts-in-zwift/
This person seems to have had similar issues: https://rideupgrades.com/2018/03/03/trainer-trouble/
What trainer are you using?1 -
Just looked at my logs and can't see any mention of "rx fails", and don't get that when I upload it to Zwiftalizer either?0
