Carbon Seat Post in Carbon Frame

Hi,

I just got my first all carbon bike.

Do I need to use fibre grip on the carbon seat post to stop any fusing to the frame or is it ok to leave it dry?

Don't have any slippage issues and have used torque wrench just want to make sure I'm looking after it right.

Thanks.

spaff carbon paste all over it - stops it fusing together, lowers tourque rating, stops slippage - all good stuff, no downsides.

The camera down the willy isn't anything like as bad as it sounds.

Remember - never, ever, ever go in dry.

As per MF,s first comment. Actually his second comment makes sense as well.
