Rotor 3+ Dual non drive side power not showing

Hi folks I've been with Rotor. Did all the firmware etc however the left crank power is not registering on the garmin although the overall power on the laptop shows 100% power on drive side with accurate overall power... Anyone know how I can fix the left crank to register on the Garmin. The red light on both cranks is flashing and I've replaced the batteries? Thanks
