I have a set of Radar Locks. They are almost 8 years old and the lenses are showing signs of wear. The metallic finish is wearing and scratches are appearing on both the green and the yellow lenses. I am using them daily for commuting so it's only going to get worse.
Has anyone found another make which fits the Radar Lock frames?
(cue the discussion about UV and shatterproof lenses and the risk of my eyeball being pierced if someone shoots me with a ball bearing.... )

Try Amazon, I have purchased 2 sets of replacement lenses for different Oakley models. No difference in quality as far as can be seen, in fact I had a big off in September landing on my left side and the lenses stood up to it.0

Just to add the lenses I got were by Revant.0

Thanks, I have had a look and there are a couple of options. I just have to make sure I order the right variant. One, which looks right, is quoting slightly different model numbers from that printed on the leg of the glasses.
Why do Oakley have so many different models!!?0 -
Because they sell them and keep updating to sell more. Oakley is actually Luxottica now. They bought the brand some years back. Luxottica are a huge company who own Ray Ban and others and manufacture those designer glasses you see in opticians, Armani, Boss etc0

There is no shortage of places selling genuine Oakley spares but I am looking for something a bit lower cost.fatted864 said:Has anyone found another make which fits the Radar Lock frames?0 -
I've also had no issues with Revant lenses for my radar lock glasses.1
