Hi all

Considering doing this in September.. Never participated in any kind of cycling event before.. Has anyone any experience of this..?

I did it in 2010 and again in 2014. The first day (London to Calais) was really tough, but the other three days were fantastic - rolling road closures, great catering and a decent support team.

Is there anything in particular you'd like to know?
