LX deore replacement

I have a 2000 GT Avalanche which I have loved riding every minute I've had it.A lot of things have been upgraded in the past ( mainly to xt ) but I've never changed the chainrings and think it's time to.I reckon at 59 years old just changing middle ( granny still ok) and outer will see me alright so don't won't to go full hog replacing BB and full crank set.It has the original Shimano Deore LX, 22/32/44 on Hollow tech 1 cranks so what options do I have with hopefully upgrading from LX.I've looked but there's a load of stuff out there and not sure which to go for.
Thanks for reading.

TBH I don't think the "spec" of a chainring matters one jot as long as it;s from a reputable source. SJS do some good stuff.0

Ok thanks fellas,Iv'e just looked and found out it's a FCM 571 ,wasn't sure if some wear out faster than others but if these have lasted me this long then next set should have plenty of life in them for me.0
