Can Shimano C50 wheels be used in a tubeless set-up? Thanks.

I thik there may be a recent tubleless version, but most are tubular or clincher.

thing is, why spend a fortune on pro level ultralight dura ace wheels then stick extra thick rim tape in, heavy tyres and sealant in order to make them tubeless, which as we all know is the answer to a problem that doesn't exist (unless its your business to sell this stuff to people?)
