Both taken off a brand new bike as they were the wrong sizes for me
As a pair you're able to have fully internally routed cables (if disc brake) or fully internal gear cables only (rim brake)

Has a very minor mark on the underside that I only noticed when the bar tape was removed (so you won't see it when taped up)
