Best toe clip option?

My son is a triathlete and doing some indoor turbo sessions which would benefit from toe clips. We don’t want to use cleats yet as he is still growing and the training he is doing doesn’t really warrant them. Any recommendations? Local bike shops didn’t have any and couldn’t recommend a brand or type specifically?
