So, I’ve been into cycling my whole life. But since I was 14/15 I’ve really caught in to the mtb bug, right now I’m on my 1996 klein pulse race. I love this bike and would happily ride it more, however I want something a bit more hardcore and with more mordern parts. In September I brought an NS eccentric frame. Things haven’t moved far since then, I’ve only got the fork, headset, bars and stem. But now I’m ordering a lot of parts to get the bike built and ready to shred for whenever lockdown 3.0 ends
I’ve already got a rockshox revelation fork in 140mm travel, and Nukeproof bars and stem. I’ll be using a shimano 11 speed xt drivetrain.
Here are the parts I’m mulling over still. I’m thinking; magura mt7 hc brakes, magura vyron dropper post, dt swiss or hope wheels.
I did get some vittoria tyres for Xmas from my mate.
More pics to follow when I get a chance

I know zip about the Magura Vyron dropper post, but I can recommend the Brand X Ascend II. Here is a link to them on CRC, but you may be able to get one elsewhere. Every now and then CRC do offers on them and the price drops substantially, but you will have to be quick!

On the picture, page right to about image no7 and you will see a fully dimensioned drawing. This will allow you to determine precisely whether the dropper you select will fit your bike and allow a correct height for your saddle even when the dropper is fully extended.0
