Tacx help!

Hi,
I've decided to limit my riding to shed based turbo for a while, but I'm having a strange problem with my tacx vortex. I hope someone can help.
The set up was fine during the first lockdown in March, but this time I don't seem to be able to mount my back wheel in a central position. It's in contact with the flywheel, but off to one side by quite a margin. I think it's having an effect on the calibration - my pedalling is very uneven and a squeak emanates from the flywheel.
I've tried fiddling with the spacer adaptor things where the skewer mounts, and it doesn't seem to make any difference. I'm now thinking that my frame might be bent somehow.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!

Which trainer is it? Try freeing the wheel off the roller, loosen off the clamp then and re adjust.0

Have you made sure when fitting the turbo QR that the wheel is mounted centrally in the droppouts and frame. I have a tacx flow and you have to make sure when swapping from road to turbo QR that it's central and nice and tight to prevent slip.0
