38 and New to the trails (North Leeds/Harrogate)

So, I’m located near Otley. Plenty of trails around me, but as an old, unfit, mountain bike newbie it’s a bit intimidating heading into them without knowing much. Any advice? Anyone want to let me tag onto their next ride? Cheers, Drew.
