Cervelo R3 2017 Ultegra Di2 with Ksyrium Pro Exalith wheelset
Superb bike in excellent condition
Frame size 54cm, suites 5'9" - 6'.
Lots of upgrades over the stock bike, the full spec is as follows.
Frameset: 54 R3, 2017 edition in black with white top tube.
Groupset: Ultegra 6870 di2, 11 speed with new r8070 rear mech.
Chainset: 52-36 semi compact, 172.5mm crank arms
Shifting upgraded with additional shifters on the handlebar tops and the drops. Tiny buttons wired in to the extra shift port allow to shift gear in any hand position. See pictures.
Wheelset: Mavic Ksyrium Pro Exalith WTS, superb light stiff wheels with only 500 miles since new. As new condition this is an RRP £1100 wheelset. Shod with brand new High Road 25mm tyres.
Exalith brake pads installed and set up really well. Loads of life in them.
Cassette: Buyer can choose either 5800 11-28 or R8000 12-25. I usually ride 12-25 but have an 11-28 for heavy climbing days, doesn't get used much hence 105.
Chain: KMC Superlight, most expensive chain KMC sold at the time, RRP £79.99 new, 500 miles on it.
Stem: 3T ARX Pro 120mm
Handlebar: 3T Pro Ergosum
Tape: Lizard Skins DSP, nice and tidy, no rips
Saddle: Buyer can choose either Fizik Antares R7 or Fizik Aliante. Both are full black.
Weight with the above spec is just over 7kg.
No pedals or cages supplied.
The bike really is superb, I've loved every second of every ride on it. Its light, handles well and climbs much better than I do. I'm only selling due to turning 40 this year and wanting to try a titanium bike for a while.
Cervelo bikes are world renowned for their quality, which is evident from the first pedal stroke.
Condition is really good. There are a couple of chain slap marks on the chainstay and some scratch marks under the fork brake arch when stones etc have struck, perfectly normal on any bike and not visible unless you take the wheel out and look under the arch. Its very well looked after, but it is used.
I can post in a bike box, but collection is ok too.
