Jumbo's Tour
Here's a documentary (in Dutch) about Jumbo's Tour de France. Enough is in English to make it worthwhile

At the end of the time trial there are chats with Dumoulin and Roglic where they both can't comprehend how much time Pogacar took out of them. The feeling is of disbelief, suspicion even, but nothing untoward is stated. This has then been picked up on a bit by Twitter, yeah.
The turn of phrase "hoe kan dat nou?!" is basically "how is this possible?" but it doesn't meant that. It's more of an exclamation.

No, but he had various saddle sore problems (which he's had before). Between that and his Giro incident, his backside and his bowels seem quite a weakness.
Jumbo making insinuations about Pogacar is similar to Trump claiming that the election was fixed.
