    rain, followed by more rain

much coffee, wfh, bubbly to celebrate the daylight's imminent embiggening

Yeah, watching that rain fall, no solstitial bubbly for me, will save that for Christmas Eve.

Working on and off until Wednesday, then turning everything off until the 4th. I think.
Sod it, I'll be having a few this evening since I've stocked up already. Bit of a crappy day today and work will probably dribble on for another couple of days as so many people are busy.

The current treadmill: I have been explicitly told not to contact my GP regarding ' 'Rona' vaccine and my Haemotologist's sekertary told me to contact my GP...

Our flu jabs got dished out the weekend before last - doc surgery texted saying drop in Sat morning and I was in & out in less than 90 seconds.

As for the 'Rona jab, well you're in the queue behind people like SG and 'Loon (and maybe me as well...)

TLW has seen me ride anyway when he came to Bike Park Wales a few years back.

Yup - I dabble. Got into it years ago when I was away and go through through spates of playing.

It generally used to revolve around smoking cigars and whiling away the hours while steadfastly refusing to be outwitted.

Carried a chess board around in my bag for a couple of years as well - great way to break the ice with the locals so they hopefully wouldn't rob or stab you.

I'm no bird from Queen's Gambit level but above average. Don't bet your mortgage money on me....

TDV is into it as well so means we can do something together and she doesn't have to talk to me. Bambini dig it as well, which is nice.

Still not a very good job Seano ;) Although TBH I packed it in after ripping my rotator cuff about 3 years back.

Blue label is ££££. Never had it. Enjoy green and black label, red not so much, but it's made for mixing.
Give it a try hopkinb i think it’s rather moorish, but I only drink it at Christmas a bottle normally lasts a couple of years

    Evening folks,
Another busy day of wfw and dealing with idiots. Trying to get all loose ends tied up before shut down and changing to the new computer system, of course everything is fighting me.
Back in the orifice tomorrow, might try and pedal in. Now chilling after chille, might have a beer.

You might have to persuade me out of DH retirement. Can't sell the ferkin bike so kit won't be a problem.
