Morning, raining windy ,typical weekend weather, I will not be cycling today .
I can just remember a few formulas oxoman, when at tech college they wanted us to workout the efficiency of an electric kettle , using a stop watch and thermometer, for some reason I’ve never used that formula again, or checked the efficiency of a kettle.

Slow start was attempted but didn't do very well as the EPO was out early to get her ears lowered, thankfully the lad took over taxi duties so I just pottered about a bit. More of the same this afternoon I think.0 -
Mixed day of mostly meh.
Nice ride late afternoon though once the showers had quit. Would like to tick off the goal of 3000 km this year, and down to 150 to go. Pleased with that.

Afternoon all, we've just about cleared up after a very muddy outing with the hounds. Bit of lunch then off to buy a Christmas tree and a trip to the shop's to stock up on food and grog. Done feck all apart from put up some shelves and coat-hook thingy up in the hallway. Also done the design and ordered the paint to do a sealife mural for the boy's bedroom.0
