Have some money burning a whole in my pocket and need to buy a new road frame tonight. Choice has come down to (both in stock and available in the size I would want).
3T Strada Due Team Stealth £1299
or
Ridley Fenix Disc SLC frame £1599
Not bothered about the price difference.
Leaning towards the Ridley as I reckon it may have a little more tyre clearance than the 3T. Tend to use 28mm GP5000 tubeless come up at a smidge over 30mm on the wheels I use. Only road riding as I have plenty of other bikes for off road/mixed surface stuff.
Fenix comes with integrated bars and stem and fully hidden cable runs.

The Ridley is a disc frameset so will probably have clearance for up to 32mm tyres.
According to this blog
https://www.velonews.com/gear/road-gear/3t-strada-due-review/
the 3T Strada will take Schwalbe Pro One 28mm tyres that size up to 33mm so your concerns may be unfounded0
