Hi, I have just purchased an Elite Suito turbo trainer. It comes with a pre-installed 11-speed Shimano® 105 (or equivalent) cassette. I own a Specialized Secteur Triple which has a Shimano HG 50 8 speed 13- 26t cassette. I assume that I need to buy another 8 speed cassette for the trainer. Can I use a Shimano HG 50 11- 32t cassette? Also, can anyone please tell me what tools I need to buy to mount the cassette?

If the 13-26 cassette gives you a range that works for you with the triple, why not find another?
Sure, you could fit a bigger range cassette like the 11-32, but on 8-speed, the tooth jumps get sizeable. My fatbike came with an 11-34, but the 28t-34t jump was horrid and I replaced it with an 11-30 to work with a 24/38 double chainset.
Sheldon's calculator gives you the tooth jumps for many cassettes...

You need one of these:

And one of these:

That’s the cheapest solution on Wiggle, unless you already have a large adjustable spanner, in which case you can just buy the lock ring tool without the handle.
I would also advise you to buy the same cassette as you use on the road. Why would you want to train on something different?XC: Giant Anthem X
