This was the view this morning.

    Was it fcuk.

That was then, that 3 weeks or so when you could travel.

It's just my back garden, grey and wet, until forever.

Sh1tty day at the laptop. No time for a ride. I might have to buy some fr1gging trainers.

Sorry Stevo, did see your email. Unlikely I can be @rsed either...

No worries. They're only our auditors anyway so I like giving them a bit of stick.

  • Just in from a very cold and blustery 25 miler around Radbourne Common to the north-west of Derby to test ride some new lights I've bought. Now trying to warm up with a piping hot mug of coffee. Doesn't seem to be working. Think a hot shower is called for.
Might have to bite the bullet and invest in some proper autumn/winter clothing otherwise my nocturnal riding might be curtailed somewhat.

Hope you're feeling better this morning, HB. Let us know if you need trainers recommendations.

    Why po faced?

Me and my friends used to do these long winter walks (with pub stops on the way). One of them was a chef and he'd prepare something before well, left, which he'd put on to slow cook. When we got back to his place 8 hours or so later we'd all have an amazing meal. Often it was something like that lamb stew.
